Refund and Returns Policy

At Inside Out Learning Space, your satisfaction is our priority. Our refund and returns policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency while complying with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange unless required by law.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

              •           Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

              •           Be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are not eligible for return, including:

              •           Perishable goods: Food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.

              •           Intimate or sanitary products: Including but not limited to undergarments and personal hygiene items.

              •           Hazardous materials: Flammable liquids, gases, or hazardous goods.

              •           Digital products: Downloadable software or eBooks.

              •           Gift cards and vouchers.

              •           Certain health and personal care items (details provided at the time of purchase).

Proof of Purchase

To process your return, we require a receipt or other valid proof of purchase.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be sent to the address provided below.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

              •           Approved refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

              •           Rejected refunds: If your refund request is rejected, we will contact you with further options.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are not refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange for the same item, email us at info@insideoutlearningspace.com.au.

Return Shipping

              •           Shipping costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or defect. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.

              •           Trackable shipping: For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the specified processing time:

              1.         Check your bank account or credit card statement.

              2.         Contact your credit card provider, as it may take time to officially post your refund.

              3.         Contact your bank, as processing delays are common.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the description provided, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund as per ACL guidelines.
